Commission-Free Sales:

The Art Blend operates on a 100% commission-free model. All transactions and negotiations are directly handled between the buyer and the artist. The Art Blend does not charge or take any percentage of the sale.

Authenticity of Artworks:

All artworks listed on The Art Blend are guaranteed to be original pieces directly from the artist. Each artist on the platform commits to presenting authentic and original works.

Artwork Delivery:

The responsibility of securely packaging and delivering purchased artwork lies with the artist. Any damage incurred during the shipping process is solely the artist's responsibility. Buyers are encouraged to discuss delivery terms, including shipping methods, directly with the artist before purchase.

Artwork Returns and Refunds:

Since all transactions are handled directly between the buyer and the artist, The Art Blend does not oversee or guarantee refund policies. Buyers should inquire about the artist’s return or refund policy before completing a purchase. The Art Blend does not hold responsibility for any disputes regarding returns or refunds.

In-Person Meetings:

Should a buyer choose to meet an artist in person for the purchase or inspection of an artwork, the meeting arrangements will be at the buyer’s discretion. The Art Blend strongly recommends that such meetings occur in public spaces and that both parties exercise caution. The Art Blend disclaims any responsibility for personal safety or disputes arising from such meetings.

Liability for Transactions:

All interactions, communications, and transactions between buyers and artists are the sole responsibility of both parties. The Art Blend does not mediate or involve itself in any legal or financial disputes between buyers and artists.

Use of Personal Information:

Buyers agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the purchase process. The Art Blend will not share or sell personal data to third parties without consent. Buyer information will only be used to facilitate the transaction and communication between the buyer and the artist.

No Platform Responsibility for Disputes:

The Art Blend is a facilitator for artists to showcase their work to the world. Any legal, financial, or transactional disputes between buyers and artists are to be resolved independently by the involved parties. The Art Blend will not be liable for any disagreements or misunderstandings.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The Art Blend reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Buyers will be notified of significant changes through the website. Continued purchases and engagement with the platform imply acceptance of the revised terms.

Note:

The Art Blend operates on a subscription-based model. Artists are required to pay an annual fee of ₹12,000 (excluding applicable taxes of 18% GST).

Terms and Conditions for Artists:

• Commission-Free Model: The Art Blend proudly operates a 100% commission-free system, ensuring that artists retain all profits from their sales. This model supports artists in maximizing their earnings and facilitates direct transactions between artists and buyers.
   
• Delivery Responsibility: Artists bear full responsibility for the secure and prompt delivery of their artwork to buyers. It is imperative that the artwork reaches its destination in pristine condition, as any damage during delivery is the artist's liability.
   
• Buyer Meetings: Artists have the autonomy to arrange in-person meetings with buyers at their discretion. For safety, it is strongly recommended that artists be accompanied by a trusted individual, such as a parent or companion, during such interactions.
   
• Liability for Interactions: Artists are solely accountable for their own safety during buyer interactions. The Art Blend disclaims any liability for issues arising from these direct engagements between artists and buyers.
   
• Artwork Donation Requirement: Each artist is required to donate one piece of canvas artwork, sized 16" x 24", to The Art Blend. This contribution will support women’s empowerment initiatives and other social causes, aligning with our platform’s commitment to community upliftment.
   
• Positive Promotion and Growth: Artists agree to promote The Art Blend positively and are encouraged to refer fellow artists to the platform. By sharing their success stories, artists contribute to a vibrant, supportive, and growing community.
   
• Platform Updates: The Art Blend reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Artists will be notified of changes through the website. Continued participation on the platform signifies acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
   
• Promotional Use of Content: Artists grant The Art Blend permission to use their artwork, videos, and images for promotional activities on social media and other marketing platforms. This exposure helps promote both the artists and the platform effectively..
